Payments for your break at Porpatrick Farm Holidays
To hold your requested dates, there is a requirement to make a 15% non refundable deposit. You will receive confirmation of your payment and when your final payment is due. The final payment will include any costs for additional extras such as Welcome Packs/Pet Fee/BBQ hire. Please ensure timely payments are made to ensure your dates remain blocked off for your stay.
Lodge Accommodation
You will find the lodge clean and tidy and we ask that the accommodation is returned in the same condition. Please inform us of any breakages/damage during your stay.
Additional Guests
Please do let us know if you intend to bring additional guest(s) who are not noted in your booking. Once we're aware, we'll ensure the additional bedding is provided for the stay.
Your booking can be amended to add the additional guest(s) prior to your stay.
Pets
We welcome all types of pets at Portpatrick Farm Holidays!
Guests and their pets are welcome to use the exercise paddock situated to the rear of the lodges.
We ask guests to ensure their pet is on a lead on entering fields with livestock.
We would be grateful if pets are kept to the main living area within our lodges, keeping the bedrooms just for us humans!
As always, please be a responsible pet owner and pick up after your pet :)
Be mindful that your pet is on holiday too - they are in a new environment and could get stressed if left alone in the lodge. The local area is extremely pet friendly, with many hotels, restaurants and pubs keen to welcome owners and their pets.
Gift Vouchers - Lodges and Touring Site
Gift Vouchers are available for sale on our site. These gift vouchers can be bought in values of £25, £50, £75 or £100 and are issued to your email. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Cancellation - Lodges
Whilst we understand fully that things can happen prior to your stay and we will do our best to work with you, there can be instances where we will not be able to re-sell the dates you have booked due to limited timescales. It is therefore very important that when booking a holiday with us (or indeed anywhere else), that you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellation of your break.
